In this five module course, we turn towards the chatter of the “monkey mind” with curiosity, compassion, and courage. We learn to gently befriend our inner critic, our anxious planner, and all the other voices that arise within. We will explore how mindfulness allows us to pause, recognize, and create space around these thoughts, while beginning to identify and work with inner parts through a variety of mindfulness tools and meditation practices.
